Hi Buyer! We're sorry to hear that your device is slow. Have you tried restarting the device to eliminate all the running apps in the background? May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update too? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and be sure all your apps are updated. -Nate
