For the occasional stalling concern, sometimes it is caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. Please note that this will reset all network settings including Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, and Bluetooth and you may need to reconnect and re-pair your device. Here are the steps that you can follow:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on System and tap Advanced.
3. Select Reset Option and Network Settings Reset/ Reset WiFi, Mobile Data, and Bluetooth.
4. Restart the device.

A big mistake!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very disappointed in this, I can't figure out how to navigate it and I am unable to access my voicemail, texts. or send texts. I cracked the glass and took it to my local Best Buy Geek Squad and they told me they can not repair Motorola phones even though I purchased it from them. They said I would have to buy a new phone although I've only had it a couple of weeks. I am VERY disappointed and will not buy from Best Buy again.

Not actually Unlocked

I have Helium Mobile (Solanna Phone). Will purchase an Iphone or Andriod on amazon at the same price.

Not a reliable phone

Savage, unfair 'restocking' fee.

I will never shop from Best Buy again. Additionally, I will dissuade everyone I know from buying from them too.
