Good basic phone

Good for a budget conscious consumer. Motorola is terrible with software updates so expect it to be left on the OS it came with in the box or get limited updates.

Decent budget phone

Not worth it even at low price

Good phone with plentiful games BUT terrible amount of storage! Way to small for a phone that was meant for game playing even bought extra storage chip and phone continues to say not enough storage! Sadly I would not recommend this phone

Moto Saved me from FOMO

If you're like me, with Boost Infinite or stuck waiting for a new sim card so you don't have service while you're replacement sim card arrives. . . THIS IS THE PHONE FOR YOU! Seriously. Works smooth, the screen is crisp and clear. The battery is a game changer. I can go with that phone (without music playing) from 40% my whole day of using Google maps, connecting to various wifi's, phone calls, texts and games. Great phone.

Ok phone. Potential issues upgrading to Pixel 6a

Only negative found was when transferring over Google account/info to a Pixel 6a. For some reason it kept throwing errors back and forth between the 2 phones. Not sure why this occurred since both phones had latest Android version.

Not even worth it as a cheap temporary replacement

While the phone's performance was better than I exp;ected- he prefers the function of the Moto G Play to that of his Samsung A14- we encountered a problem I did not foresee. As a former Motorola phone user, I was always impressed with the durability of the screens on them. This phone, however, had a fragile screen which broke the second day it was used. And subsequently, it broke severely numerous times over the 10 days we were gone.to I will not likely buy another Motorola phone, as my last personal one had a defective battery, which overheated, quit charging, and began to discharge rapidly while I was on a plane, coming home from another trip. Had I not noticed the batteries rapid discharge, I could have been stranded. I would not reccomend this phone; I would steer clear of it.

Best Buy in store Service representative and Geek

He did not know what he was talking about. I went over to the geek squad desk and she found a phone, loaded with my carrier's data completely and found a case plus screen cover for me. This was truly a blessing since it was for my elderly sister our of state in a nursing home. I was in tears for all she helped me with. The other guy they can let go. Having the geek squad total package is worth the annual renewal. I would not have anything else.
