Best Buy in store Service representative and Geek

He did not know what he was talking about. I went over to the geek squad desk and she found a phone, loaded with my carrier's data completely and found a case plus screen cover for me. This was truly a blessing since it was for my elderly sister our of state in a nursing home. I was in tears for all she helped me with. The other guy they can let go. Having the geek squad total package is worth the annual renewal. I would not have anything else.

Has a large hd display and a long lasting battery but the processor is pretty slow on here. Can do basic task anything more you will notice the lag.

For the use that my kids use it for, it seems to work just fine and they've mentioned no complaints to me about it. It's a tad bit on the slow side due to the weak processor it has, but outside of that you aren't going to be the price to performance of this phone unless you buy a top tier phone used from 3-4 years ago at this price point.

Although om occasion it hangs for a few seconds like it needs to catch up on processing on the back end. The phone call quality is actually better than any others I've owned!

Great phone for the price!
