Great phone for low price

I can run most apps without an issue and call quality is good. I have had no issue receiving communications and I have used both ATT and Cricket with this device with seamless transition. Considering the low cost of the phone a case is optional and I can use it at the gym as needed without fear of breaking.

Store needs personnel facelift/ product ok

The phone has limited memory, but a great display and outstanding battery longevity. The store, however, needs help. You have to hunt down a store associate and when you do it's a "hurry up, you're taking up my valuable time" attitude. This store, on Drew and US19, needs a huge makeover in staff and management. I knew what I was coming in for so I did have to ask for any help other than to purchase this item locked up to that required assistance from a moody associate.

Functionality on a budget
