Quick startup and easy to operate, good battery life, good camera. No problems so far.

Better than Locked Brands

The best part cheaper than the carier. I bought these phone with tax at $190. The carrier i had tried to pedal a phone with a 5 inch screen with battery 2 day stand by, same 32 gb storage but 1 gb memory and worst processor for the price with tax and activation of $270 and that was there cheapest phone besideds the old flip phone. Is it the best phone? No. Does it get what i need done, done. Yes.

A decent phone for cheap but very slow

I needed a phone last minute as I was traveling out of the country and my other phone (Samsung S23) would not be here in time for my travel. So, I purchase this phone for $120. First of all know what you are getting with the price and that is not much. The phone is very slow but if you watch a lot of reviews on the phone that is why the phone is so cheap. I will say thou it has really good battery life. If you just need a phone from a respectable brand then this is the phone for you. That being said the phone is really slow and will be come frustrating over time to use it. I plan on keeping it as a backup phone.

Moto Saved me from FOMO

If you're like me, with Boost Infinite or stuck waiting for a new sim card so you don't have service while you're replacement sim card arrives. . . THIS IS THE PHONE FOR YOU! Seriously. Works smooth, the screen is crisp and clear. The battery is a game changer. I can go with that phone (without music playing) from 40% my whole day of using Google maps, connecting to various wifi's, phone calls, texts and games. Great phone.

However getting it activated was a nightmare using chat bot. Did not have a phone to call a ride share and the representative would not call the store to arrange transportation since I'm elderly and don't drive.

Although om occasion it hangs for a few seconds like it needs to catch up on processing on the back end. The phone call quality is actually better than any others I've owned!

Cost effective smartphone

Handles all of the expectations of a modern smartphone. I'm very pleasantly surprised with the personalization settings really helps me use my phone the way I want to. Battery life is truly exceptional. It however does not currently support monster hunter now which was a minor disappointment. Motorola has focused well on what matters to everyday consumers. I will return to their product lineup if I need a replacement.

Tons of issues with the phone

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone in November (I was upgrading from a Motorola G5 plus that never gave me any issues other than updated apps wouldn't work on the device) I already run out of memory space. I only have 2 photos on the phone and a ringtone. The apps that came with the phone plus 8 apps, like Peacok, duolingo. A game, codycross and that's all. I already had to reset the phone twice because it freezes. The headphone jack doesn't work. Sound is not great but doable with wireless headphones. Battery life is great. Screen size is perfect for me. Overall, I was expecting this phone to surpass my other Motorola G5 plus but instead it falls short. Now, I'm waiting to Black Friday to get a new phone and definitely won't be a Motorola.
