However, this should be labeled as a device for children or for elderly who may not be familiar with smart devices. It's extremely low memory allows for basic functions and a few apps. There are, of course, WAY TOO MANY default apps installed. Plus, the camera as a black dot on the screen at the top drives me nuts.

The phone has to be charged by a normal code, not by a magnetic charging platform, however for the casual user, that is not a negative feature at this price-point.

It freezes up for no reason and slows down often. For example, when I listen to Apple Music it sometimes stops in the middle of a song. Another example of its poor performance is it will sometimes freeze in the middle of YouTube videos and social media use. I've only had it for about a month but it also showed these issues in the first week that I owned it, so I should have returned it then, but I was too patient and hopeful that it would improve.

Freezing is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. Unfortunately, I got exactly what I payed for, not much. 32G isn't enough memory for the operating system, much less anything else. Also very glitchy. The features and operations are also sub par. Returned the G-Play and upgraded to The Motorola Edge and LOVE IT!!!
