    You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy, can do the bare minimum, call in text. Suited for older adults who don’t really use social media. Bought it as a back up phone, but it was too slow for my usage

    This was a gift for some one and it has been working pretty good, it is a great phone if you are looking into not spending 1k on popular Samsung or Apple.

    Excellent item, and the clerk was so helpful to teach a technology impaired person to use the device. I always know that any item bought at best buy is going to be one that I will eventually be able to use easily.

    I have always liked your phones but again I was not impressed with no help switching things from my old phone to my new phone and now I have to pay the Geek Squad 40.00 dollars not happy with that

    This phone worked perfect for the person I purchased it for. Their only complaint was the minimal choices for ringtones. Transferring of data from the old phone was also a breeze.

    the touch and swipe seems to be slow in reacting. I have to do it twice for the screen to change. not sure if it is just my phone or a glitch. Works ok outside of that annoyance.

    Very solid phone, nice screen great resolution, the speed is fair for the price, the only con is the size of memory just 32 gb but put a 64 gb card and works great.
