Overall in my eyes, this product sucks to me. I wish I could get my money back

Posted .Hi CoryG, we're sorry to hear that you are experiencing a glitch and that your phone freezes. Can you try to do a soft reboot on your device, by pressing and holding the power button for 10-20 seconds? Have you tried to insert the SIM card into a different device and observe if there's any improvement? In the meantime let's reset the network settings to fix the signal. To do these:
1. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options.
2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS.
3. Touch RESET SETTINGS.
4. Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi, cellular data, and Bluetooth, or try to share your internet connection again.

The default apps already occupied more than half of the 32gb it comes with. I wouldn't recommend given how sluggish this phone is. Felt like I was still stuck in 2010.
