This phone keeps glitching and me and freezing in the middle of doing stuff like calling out and will say I have no signal when I know I do. Overall in my eyes, this product sucks to me. I wish I could get my money back

Can you try to do a soft reboot on your device, by pressing and holding the power button for 10-20 seconds? Have you tried to insert the SIM card into a different device and observe if there's any improvement? In the meantime let's reset the network settings to fix the signal. To do these: 1. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options. 2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS. 3. Touch RESET SETTINGS. 4. I have to uninstall and disable a lot of default apps that comes with the phone to get this phone to work without it being super laggy. The default apps already occupied more than half of the 32gb it comes with. I wouldn't recommend given how sluggish this phone is. Felt like I was still stuck in 2010.
