Bought it for my dad, it was so bad he went back to his beat down old one. Then my wife tried it. Got tired of hearing her complain every day about how slow it is, so I bought her something else. It now lives in the drawer as a spare.

Great price and fast delivery, but the phone is terrible. I tested the internet, photo/app transfer and features and it failed big time. The instructions and prompts leave you hanging. My 9 version Samsung Galaxy is still better. Boxed this Moto up and sent it back after 3 days of getting no where.

This phone is the worst! It is very SLOW, even with just a few
apps installed. I dropped it once, 3 days after I purchased it and it shattered, you can even see the internal components. It's complete garbage.

device is sooo slow takes 30 seconds to open and begin functioning most of the time, and sometimes the screen goes to a dark mode, maybe a power saving feature but I didn't tell it to do that part.
