    Slow and laggy out of the box

    Right out of the box the phone was laggy and slow. It has trouble just scrolling through the homescreen or settings app. Save youreself the money and spend a bit more on a better phone

    Passing a Kidney Stone would be a faster and more enjoyable experience than ever using this phone again. It is so incredibly slow, its painful. DO NOT BUY

    Worst phone ever. Package wasn't sealed and was told it was because it's open box purchase. Omg. Really? Freezes constantly. Gets hot. Box says 2022, paperwork is 2023 and stickers of have 2024. Purchased 2023. $100 for crap. This is on Best Buy not Moto phones. As a business that sells refurbished devices and makes millions of dollars, you would assume Geek Squad or techs could do better. I love all my other purchases but this is a big disappointment. My neighbor has a free government one that works fine. Go figure.
