    HORRIBLE. Even for a cheap phone. Didn’t last a year. Slow processing, thin cheap screen that easily cracks. Just dont waste your money

    This phone sucks. GPS will not aquire signal most of the time so using it with android auto is worthless and its so slow and constantly disconnects from android auto for no reason.

    This phone is not worth the money. It drops calls and the pictures take a long time to take. The apps also all take a while to open. I hope that I can get used to this or I will have to return because I am not satisfied at all.

    The screen isn't smooth as I expected, whenever I open an APP, it takes a few moment to loading it. But I cannot expect more quality and function of the phone behaves wit this price range, which is quiet make sense.

    This is a very slow phone. It’s a waste of money buying this. All apps perform very slow and the phone keeps freezing.

    Its not working as expected. Getting hanged frequently. Screen is frozen. You can't make call when you need it.

    Barely holds a few apps don't go for the cheaper ones ppl, it's very slow, takes a few secs for the apps to pop up or camera to come on.

    Slow and glitchy. I bought it over a month ago. The screen goes black and the screen is super sensitive and it opens apps with out touching it.

    I bought this during the black Friday sale and I was waiting for my sim chip from Boost Mobile. When I got my sim chip and activated my phone the speaker was defective, and I immediately went back to Best Buy and was told my return period had passed. I read on the website before purchasing that it was extended return period?!? Now, I am with a defective phone that is embarrassing to use in public because of the static. So disappointed and I have been a Best Buy member for almost a decade.

    Never saw the phone, can't comment on quality

    Never opened the box since I was told to do so would mean no return, so I can't review product. Fine print on receipt reveals no Verizon returns after 14 days. 14th day was Christmas day, of course store was closed. Presented on Dec. 26th, next business day, and refused funds return to credit card, was offered only store credit card. Why would I want to buy anything else at Best Buy? Crummy customer service. Phone calls/email to manager=no response.

    Irs a 100.00 dollar phone. I wasn't expecting much. I didn't think this would be my 3rd time buying one as returning it because it freezes , is apparently not an option
