Horrible phone. My husband and I both had this phone and it quit working after a month. Screen just went black and never came back. Bestbuy and the manufacturer gave us the run around. Waste of money. Its unfair to us!

Have you tried using a different cable charger and and observe if there are any changes? To resolve the receive/make calls, let's reset the network settings. This will revert your phone's network-related settings to the original state. It wipes saved Wi-Fi connections, Bluetooth devices, and VPN configurations on your phone. Everything must be set up from scratch. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS. Touch RESET SETTINGS. I only got this because Apple care requires you to send your old device in and get a new one, when all that happened was, My Iphone decided to randomly reject it's original battery. I don't want some weirdo scrolling through my private par... Pictures...
Oh rite! This phone! It works but... it is a Motorola after the year 2013, so the UI is lame. You can change that though. It is an Android after all.

Waste of Money, Very Poor quality display and back cover.
When i try to return the phone same day of delivery, they are charging $45.00 for return fee. This was not mentioned any where.

This phone was unbearable to use! It couldn't handle the Internet, kept constantly freezing. Moving through the apps was difficult. To top it off, I returned the phone only to be charged a 45 dollar restocking fee by Best buy. They did not care about the phone being terrible and returned 6 days later.

To address you concern with the battery life of your device, may I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. We would like to verify if you're using the original Motorola charger that came with your device? Have you tried to use a different cable charger and observe if it behaves the same? I'd like to know if it does the same thing in safe mode. It is actually not a fix, but it will help us know if there are third-party apps that cause this to happen. Safe Mode will start the device without third-party applications running. To boot into Safe Mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, and touch OK when Reboot to Safe Mode appears. Restart the device to get out of Safe Mode.
