Posted .Hi SadieN! We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We stand by our phones and this is something we want to take a look at. To address you concern with the battery life of your device, may I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. We would like to verify if you're using the original Motorola charger that came with your device? Have you tried to use a different cable charger and observe if it behaves the same? I'd like to know if it does the same thing in safe mode. It is actually not a fix, but it will help us know if there are third-party apps that cause this to happen. Safe Mode will start the device without third-party applications running. To boot into Safe Mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, and touch OK when Reboot to Safe Mode appears. Restart the device to get out of Safe Mode. I had faith in you

You get what you pay for..

This is more like a $50.00 phone then the hearty price tag it carries. Quality of photos are very poor. Sound is very low. No way to change sensitivity. No wallpaper preloaded.

It's rediculous you have to pay for returning to stock. i didn't get to use this phone.

Poor Customer Service and still waiting for refund

It is more than a month and I haven't received a refund. Ordered the phone directly from Motorola without issues.

Freezing is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. If you had your contacts saved to your Google account on your old phone, they should automatically sync when you log into the same Google account on your new phone.
