Never buy it anymore don’t recommend idea that phone Is not a good quality

Really bad service and phone and bad customer service

I'm on a budget and needed something fast. They have this phone on Amazon for the same price, but even with prime the delivery was going to be about a week. I was also glad Bestbuy had this much cheaper than $100 for a refurbished one. I got it delivered the same day. I'm 30 years old and I only need a smartphone for the basics like email, gps, YouTube, uber, and the web browser. So far so good. Does come with preloaded apps and advertisements you can uninstall for the most part which I did. The camera is decent, the speakers are decent, and I haven't felt much lagging. No lag so far. I think people complain it lags because they probably have a dozen or so apps and thinking it should work like an iPhone or Samsung. I installed about 5 apps and it's working perfectly fine. If you just need a simple phone to do all the basics this is the phone for you. It looks nice as well. The reason why I needed a phone fast because I don't like not having a phone if I have an emergency like if my car broke down or something. I spent the last 15 years of my life keeping up with the latest smartphones since I was a teenager. These days I'm all for simplicity and cost effective.

I like the phone display, and the size was what I was looking for. I haven't had any regrets that I bought it. I wasn't able to find the user's manual online. I am using the manuals from two other Motorola cellphones.

Phone looks good, camera is excellent, price is very good. Although it is a newer phone, it seems to operate/respone slower than my previous phone which was the Moto G Power 2021. It also seems to have less widgets and less ways to personalize, may be user error by me though. Also some icons that I put on the home screen would randomly disappear, again maybe my fault. Considered going back to my Moto G Power but decided to keep as I purchased a Body Glove water proof case.

I bought this as an emergency spare phone. Yes, it is slow and with limited memory (can't install too many apps), but it is also at around $100. It has been about two weeks and working good daily.

My biggest problem was that I thought this phone would replace my Verizon prepaid phone. However this phone was a Tracfone and I had to make 2 trips to Best Buy ( hour away) to get all this straightened out. Verizon was able to activate this phone. I had one that wouldn't work then bad SIM card. I was with out a phone from Dec 19 until January 6th.Overall, I really like this phone.

It's a decent, solid phone for anyone that doesn't need all of the bells and whistles. I wish it had tap to pay, and the fingerprint scanner location being on the back means I accidentally unlock it all the time, but those are very small and manageable quibbles. Great battery life. Gets a much more consistent signal than my old phone (a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 5G). Would buy again.

It is a good phone, it is very cheap, the battery works well, but your cell phone is very slow, perhaps for a teenager or a person who rarely uses it, the color is pretty

I bought this phone because my previous phone, which had a cracked screen, finally stopped working. This phone is okay. There are a couple of notable complaints, though: it comes with a lot of apps that I don't want, won't use, and I can't delete them. I dislike that a lot. Secondly, the phone seems slow -- there is a notable and frustrating lag when using apps like Clock and some others. I dislike tapping and icon or button multiple times without any response. Maybe this has to do with all of the apps I don't use and don't want running in the background.... Finally, I really hate how most modern smartphones have a battery that can't be replaced. Had I not been somewhat desperate to replace my broken phone, I would have chosen a new one that better met my smartphone wants (less/no unneeded apps, replaceable battery), but I will be certain to make sure the (inevitable) next one does.

Holy Motorola this is a bad phone. Do not buy the 32GB play version ever. Been using Moto G phones for like 3 years, and this is the slowest trash you will ever experience. The lag on even typing when writing this review is horrendous. It barely has room for even banking apps before giving warnings that it doesn't have space to function. I had removed every pre installed app I could just to get enough space for it to function with only a few apps like banking and Uber installed. The moto g power is notably faster, and there is no reason to ever get this piece of hot garbage. Oh it overheats as well, so it's literally hot garbage. Get the moto g power if you like this style. I've used those and only had the same problems about 30% of the time. I spent $160 for this phone in store. It would have been better spent on mousetraps so that I could leave them next to my bed so that when I get up in the morning to go to work I would experience less pain than having to get up in the morning and use this phone. Honestly motorola, I had faith in you for so many years having bought over 8 motorolas, and you sell me this ridiculous trash for around $160. Why? For the love of technology why would you ever inflict this product on anyone. It has brought back my depression.

This is a really good buy ,and the price is so good for this phone which I bought for my Dad who is ninety years old and he loves it, he is in another country and call me on Whatsapp video every other day, I am a cancer patient and he like the idea of seeing me when n we talk.

This phone is totally okay. It does phone things. Make calls? Absolutely! Send Texts? You bet? Do much else that a "smartphone" would traditionally do? Well...... It's pretty slow and drags quite a bit when anything trying to move between apps or within apps there's quite a bit of lag and delay. That said, if you're looking to tech detox, this could be a good fit. Otherwise, Samsung Galaxy or iPhone 14 this is not.

Enjoy everything that I've seen so far about it also like the video the size of the screen

You can't beat it for the price. Solid phone. The phone is intuitive and transferring data is a breeze with no hiccups.
