The Moto actions are very convenient and the finger print reader adds that biometric level of security. I don't play games on as much, video quality is adequate for my entertainment needs.

This was purchased to use as a work phone that will probably only be used for sending an occasional text. But there is a lot of extreme lag in general use, even the settings page takes several seconds to load. There is a ton of bloatware pre-installed, you can remove most and disable notifications, but that seems to only be for a short time as the Moto app continues to prompt me to download moto apps. Screen sensitivity is bad. The touch detection goes all the way to the edge of the glass, beyond where the actual display ends, so you're going to have all sorts of ghost touches from simply holding it.

I got the phone in hopes it would be a great platform being part of the Motorola family but storage is taken up by the system updates and everything and the 32 gb storage filled up after all was done. Have no room for anything even with SD card. The refresh rate is horrible because I go to click something and it takes a while to load in and another is this device has no 5G
