A big mistake!

I am very disappointed in this, I can't figure out how to navigate it and I am unable to access my voicemail, texts. or send texts. I cracked the glass and took it to my local Best Buy Geek Squad and they told me they can not repair Motorola phones even though I purchased it from them. They said I would have to buy a new phone although I've only had it a couple of weeks. I am VERY disappointed and will not buy from Best Buy again.

I have Helium Mobile (Solanna Phone). Will purchase an Iphone or Andriod on amazon at the same price.

Savage, unfair 'restocking' fee.

I had to return the phones. Bestbuy's restocking fee was almost 50% of my total purchase price. I will never shop from Best Buy again. Additionally, I will dissuade everyone I know from buying from them too.
