Hi Ernesto, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the phone is serving your work needs, but we’re sorry to hear about the slow startup and app performance. That’s not the experience we aim for.
Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. If the concern persists, kindly go to this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/landing_troubleshooter/g_id/5059 > Next > Display/Touchscreen > Phone is slow/unstable, and try the recommended steps there.
