Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't purchase this phone at Best buy but I did get it through my Xfinity mobile carrier because I needed a new phone I am so not happy with this phone none of my information is in it although I waited 30 minutes to transfer everything I hate it
