DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOUR CARRIER IS VERIZON. IT WILL NOT WORK WITH VERIZON!!! ONLY WORKS WITH T-MOBILE, MINT MOBILE, METRO PCS, SIMPLE MOBLE & TRACFONE!

I didn't purchase this phone at Best buy but I did get it through my Xfinity mobile carrier because I needed a new phone I am so not happy with this phone none of my information is in it although I waited 30 minutes to transfer everything I hate it

Please dont get this phone it really bad the quality isnt good its to slow battery dies fast
