    The Best Buy guy sent me out the door with the wrong SIM card. Customer Service kept trying to say that I was doing something wrong.

    Bought it and it was locked with a password... Had to bring it back the next day and never got to use it.

    Purchased this phone and it did not have a sim card. Without a sim card can't use the phone. I wouldn't waste the money I would not purchase it sgain

    Took it overseas it wouldn't work. Doesn't even g have French language. Came back from my trip Best Buy wouldn't refund me and take it back because it's past 14 days. Was it my fault I was overseas? Is that how you reward loyalty?

    Performance better than expected for the price

    My Galaxy S23 ultra stopped working while I was on vacation and I needed an inexpensive phone that I could use for the time being before I could replace my Galaxy. I was pleasantly surprised how well the moto g play performs since I just came off a high phone. I would recommend the moto G play to anyone who wants a phone that just works for the price or like in my situation have a backup phone when your current one stops working.
