Online Phone Purchase & Curb Side pick up

It is hard for me to physically go shopping so I was very happy to find the right phone online and have it brought out to my car. That means a lot to me. The phone I purchased worked out very well. No problems. It was exactly what I needed and the price was very reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased with my phone and my Best Buy experience. Thank you.

One thing that is a drawback, which would seem to be what caused another user to not be able to transfer pictures to his PC, is that the charging cord that comes with this device is only for charging. I had to look into it, but it turns out not all USB - C cords are designed for both charging and data transfer. Fortunately for me, the cord that came with my Moto G Pure, which this phone replaced, did allow for data transfer. And that phone also included the charger itself. It's unfortunate that the specs for this device on Best Buy do not warn potential buyers that the charging cord is only for charging. And you cannot tell just by looking at it. With a charger and a data-transfer type charging cord, this phone would be 5 stars for sure. Oh, and it's great to be able to add a micro-SD card to add up to 1,000 GB of memory. I'll probably never need it, but if I do, they are very inexpensive.

Great unlocked phone!

I decided to buy an unlocked phone for my carrier, ATT&T, instead of paying their high prices they offer for phones. This phone is perfect for my needs. A good device

The screen is large, buttons are easy to push. And it has survived several drops to the ground. I would recommend to phone.

Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent problems.
