I tend to stick with the Moto phone because of reliability and battery life. The battery life seems to be excellent and syncing my data over from my old phone was a breeze. No glitches and everything arrived perfectly. I did it wirelessly which takes longer but worked fine. This phone is basically an updated version of my 4 year old model but we with some nice upgrades. I like that they didn't make alot of changes just for the sake of change. Probably wouldn't be the best choice for heavy gamers but for everything else it works great for a very reasonable price.

I was looking for a cheap phone as a temporary replacement. i wasn't wasn't disappointed. Did just about everything, my $1000 phone did for a $100.

I took it back to best buy, they issued a refund and I purchased an unopened box. I'm happy with my unopened box and for the service I received from Best buy.
