    for a cheaper phone it does what I needed saved my butt as I was in a jam my old phone was messing up and I could not miss some calls if I couldn't resolve the issue by the next morning I would've lost $3880 per month for at least the next year or two.

    The phone arrived early my son loves it, we were able to use our carrier metro by t mobile it was fast and easy to switch his phones. I would recommend this phone.

    This phone is unlocked. It worked fine with Verizon. It has latest Android 14. I came from Pixel phones, so this phone has few bloatwares that need disable. Works good for elderly person so far.

    If you intend to transfer your photos and videos to your PC, please be aware that you cannot do it simply by connecting this phone to your computer via USB. I spent many hours over two months time trying to figure out how to transfer my photos and videos to my PC. Motorola tutorials were no help at all. Even a Motorola "expert" couldn't answer my question and told me to upload my media to Google Drive! I finally stumbled across an article that said one must download and install a Motorola driver to the PC to enable the transfer of media. This is absurd that a basic task is made extremely difficult. And Motorola does nothing to make sure their customers know how to accomplish this fundamental task. I consider it negligence both in designing the product and informing their customers about the hoops they need to jump to get the phone to perform a basic function. I cannot comment about the other features because I hate the phone so much I rarely use it. I have a sour taste in my mouth for Motorola and would never buy another one of their products.

    Good but slow phone

    I bought this phone for work only. In addition to all the apps the phone already had I have 4 other applications. The phone takes about 5 minutes to completelly initialize. The work chat application takes a long time to startup. You will excersice patience with it.

      Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
