It's constantly beeping with nothing new on it. Lots and lots of announcements constantly clog up the screen. I liked my older Android phone MUCH better (now lost because the GPS stayed on overnight and ran down the battery to zero, so I couldn't call it to see where it was in the house). AND, what is the "Moto" icon all about??

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent problems.
