I bought this two weeks ago (I missed the date to return it, my bad). Heats up very quickly , not possible to put it in pocket too. Observed moto in heat mode while 1.15 min into charging 2. 2 min into video call 3. 2 min into video recording It is not possible to hold it , no way. It reboots on its own at least once a day. It is a surprise feature of Moto.

After one month of use. I saw so many defects particularly with the screen. It gets black and you cannot restart it because has not restart button and also many apps start to open by themselves and it gets out of control. Then you get calls that never ring even when your cell phone has the maximum volume for the ringtone. After three months of dealings with these problems, one day my cell phone died completely and I couldn't restart it again. I have read many reviews about this also, but I didn't believe in them because most of the reviews were positive. But so much for those reviews what I got was an expensive piece of baloney. I have to send it back to Motorola and they told me that within 5 days I was going to receive a new one and they lied to me because it has been 10 days and I'm still waiting and I just was told that I will have to wait more for my new cell phone. My best piece of advise is that please don't buy this cell phone.

This phone worked fine for 3 months then it became unstable, it would fill in text messages with numbers with no input from me, make phone calls randomly from my recent calls. I would have to restart the phone to continue with a text or stop the random calls. I removed apps to no avail, then a factory reset no luck. I thought i was buying a Motorola product but it is manufactured by Lenovo. I ended up after 3 weeks of problems going back to my old phone for now. Maybe it is just a bad apple, but be warned!

I did a lot of research before I settled on the Motorola Moto G Plus. I was a little put off by the size but liked the rest of the specs and the finger print scanner. The refurbished unit came with a Samsung charger and a generic dynex cable. I loved the phone for the first week, then battery life and charging became an issue. When the phone was only lasting 3 hours on a full charge and taking 9 hours to charge, I returned it.
