It's not to bad. But not many stores or phone location know how to use the phone. Not many accessories. Good because not overly fancy but not simple

I had issues with the device automatically disable my bluetooth connection. Often the phone would go into a safe mode disabling other applications. The phone charges fast but that's about it

Specs for phone say it's water resistant. After first tiny splash, phone failed to turn on. After messing with it for two hours, plugging it in and drying it in rice (overkill), it finally powered on. The battery was not dead, and the phone was fine...for 30 seconds. Then the touch screen crapped out and never worked again. Getting a replacement from Motorola currently. Will see if manufacturing defect is consistent with new device.

Good phone, not a lot of bloatware except you can't remove the Google search bar from the phone. Camera software is basic, auto focus is OK but not great. Overall good value at $300.

Good for regular use, it's easy to setup when traveling abroad.

Surprisingly good, snappy and responsive. Moto is known for their good radios, this phone follows suit.

I read a lot of reviews on this phone and really didn't what to pay the big bucks for the Samsung S7. Well that was a mistake. I would load contacts to my favorites and they wouldn't stay. I did this 3 times and within an hour they were gone. When receiving calls from a contact it didn't show the name. Only kept it for a month and bought the Samsung

It's light and slim. Needs a case as to slippery but overall OK for now

I purchased this phone for my son and he really seem to like it.

Phone itself seems OK, but apps and functions are very clunky and hard to understand. I had a galixy 4, but it burned up after 2 yrs. Sick of paying hundreds of dollars for junk.

Worst phone I've ever owned. It had a mind of its own, and the screen would pulsate very quickly to zoom in and zoom out. It would just shut down, power off, or reboot with no warning. I had to replace it, and shortly thereafter, the replacement did the same ridiculousness. Best Buy is not known for its great service. One must go through hoops and ladders to replace merchandise with legitimate complaints. I eventually replaced this phone with something different.

It's an ok product. It's slim and sleek. Functionality wise, it's ok.However, the battery is not all that good doesn't last more than couple of hours.

Phone stated off really good. after about 3weeks or so it started to reboot on it's own. I spoke with Motorola support and they said it was an app causing this problem. They suggested to reset all the apps and monitor the phone for a week. If the problem persisted, the phone needed to be sent for repairs. The phone continues to reboot after the app reset. I guess I have no choice but to send it to Motorola for repairs now.
