Was trying to find a good unlock phone. The phone just didn't compare to the previous note that I owned. So I returned it to get the S7.

I bought this phone for my mom and had to replace the battery twice. Definitely not what I expected for price. She was without a phone for a week the first time after calling Motorola to cover it under warranty and the second time it happened I ended up just getting a different phone for her to use. Was let down and still does not work would not recommend. Had higher expectations.

Pro: Big bright screen, nice OS Con: bad camera with horrible zoom inl Sorry, no more LG phone after two purchase.

This phone is amazing,best buy not so much. After buying TWO of these phones i was informed by my carrier the imeis were flagged. How a "brand new" phone was flagged idk but best buy basically told me i was crazy n that couldn't be true. Very disappointing because iv always loved best buy, unfortunately i avoid it now. P.s. Good luck ever finding a manager, they normally "disapear" when needed.

Ths is the worst phone i have ever purchase... Never again. There is no restart .. cheaply made, features are very simple. The phone goes dark and you can not view who's calling, at times the ringing is not heard.Would never recommend!

I bought this phone and couldnt even get it set up. It rebooted continually, even on full charge. I tried several times and wven had Geek Squad try, but it rebooted every few minutes and we would have to start over.

This phone has to be the best bargain among all the cell phones out there. I did a lot of review reading before I bought this phone. Several of the magazines or web sites had this phone rated fifth or sixth out of the top ten phones for 2016 & 2017. I've owned three samsung galaxies and one Samsung note. This phone is better than them. My friend owns the new IPhone 7 phone and when I let her use my Moto, she said there wasn't much difference in performance at all. Now the IPhone 7 & Samsung 8 have more features than the Moto, but I don't need or use those extras anyway.

very happy with my purchase. unlocked to be able to used on all carriers. i am using mine on Straight Talk. just popped the sim in and i was up and running in seconds. The Motorola Moto g4 Plus uses micro & nano sim cards. it comes with an adapter to use the nano. i had a micro sim, all you do is remove the tray and just slip in the micro sim with no tray. great pictures, smooth operating phone. i highly recommend it!!

I can't say enough about how much I like this phone. I have always liked the Moto G line, and I bought this phone to upgrade from a G2. For me the G4 Plus is the perfect phone.. The fingerprint sensor eliminates fumbling around to enter a password when you want to make a call, and the 5.5 inch screen gives plenty of viewing area. I have not had any problems with the phone and I would recommend it to any of my friends.

This fingerprint reader and overall performance actually seems faster than my S7 edge. This phone is very optimized! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a first phone or something inexpensive to save money.

Theres nothing game changing about phones other than speed, camera, touch response time, interface, and if they overheat when in use. It runs pretty snappy, the camera is standard, smooth response time, same old same old google interface, and it runs a little warm. Only reason why I didn't give it full marks is my backup phone, a Blu Vivo XL, feels like a comp to it and its about $100 cheaper.

Got it as present for someone in need of new phone. For mid-range phone, it's working well so far with no slowdown. Hasn't tried to push it harder yet. Lack of accessories in the store are discerning.

My iPhone 6 Plus (which I paid $799 for) bit the dust due to the dreaded "Touch Disease" (which Apple refuses to acknowledge even though it is a known problem), so I needed to find a cheap replacement with the same functionality. This Moto G4 Plus does everything my iPhone did and performs surprisingly well. I even like the size a little better since it is a tad smaller than the iPhone 6 Plus. I am finding the Android OS to be much more intuitive and it seems to put everything I need closer to the home screen level so you don't have to drill down through as many levels, but that's probably a matter of personal preference. The Sprint SIM card for this phone is SIMGLW446C.

I picked this phone up yesterday and I can say without hesitation it's my favorite Android phone ever. The interface is clear, stock Android 6.0, it's fast, and the screen colors pop. It feels good to hold in the hand, and for the most part is intuitive to set up. I've had the Galaxy 7 Edge, and this phone is right there with it. If you're looking for a new phone and don't want a monthly payment but want something that is stylish and get the job done, I can unconditionally recommend this.

Purchased Moto G4 Plus 9/3. After using for a few hours and charging it, screen went crazy! It was like I pressed the Recent Apps button and then everything started scrolling up and down. I could feel something going on inside and heard a very low crackling sound. Happened several times. Had to power off and on again to stop it. Returned the phone 9/4 and was given a replacement with no problem. After a few hours same thing happened. I checked the forums online and found that this is a recurring problem (called "ghost touch") and Motorola is aware of it. On 9/5 returned the phone explained the problem and that this was the 2nd phone that I had the problem with and informed the associate that I wanted to exchange it for another unlocked phone, not a Motorola. He informed me that I would need to pay a $35 restocking fee. I replied that this was a defective phone and should not be restocked and sold. After much difficulty and about 1/2 hr of the sales associate going back and forth to the manager, they finally let me exchange the defective phone for another phone (not Motorola and more expensive than the G4 Plus) without a restocking fee.

If your looking for a phone under $300, consider this one

I purchased this phone based on reviews, everyone said all kind of wonderful things about this phone, it shipped to me two weeks ago, ever since than, I experienced my phone screen will be off when I cross the screen, I bought to the store and have staffs check on it, they can't figure out why at all, I was so upset, I went home, because I still like it and the price is affordabl. I purchased a sim card after that, however, I was able to call and receive message, whenever people call me, it just go straight to voicemail. I have multiple call list history can prove it, and people sold me the sim, they can verify for me as well, this phone has serious problem, its not sim issue, I tried to use other unlocked phone, it works fine. I will not recommend anyone to buy it, it so upset, it end up, I have to returned it and being charge for $35 at the store, the staffs has attitude they talked about like my fault to have to return the phone. If this phone works fine, I wont bother myself went to the store twice and spent so much time to figure out whats the problem, staffs in the store is very unprofessional, they didnt know what they talking about. It so upset experience, DON'T BUY THIS PHONE. HORRIBLE STAFFS IN SHARPTOWN LOCATION, DONT GO THERE.

This phone has everything I need and it is so easy to setup and operate. Glad I purchased this phone from Best Buy.
