This is a very good phone. Most people do not need all of the bells and whistles offered with high-end phones these days. This one is as good as the best offered a few years ago in terms of features with the added advantage of better hardware and no bloat. It does the job and does it well.

This phone has all the needed features and includes a fingerprint reader that works very well. No NFC (don't care.) Camera is good, screen is good, 3000 mAh battery lasts over a day.

I'm excited about the speed and functionality of this cell. Applications run super fast. And the battery runs for days when it's not too active. I'm truly pleased with my decision.

This phone has 32GB on the phone, which is much more than I need. The price was low (under $200), easy to use and customize, small enough but Bright, clear screen. I love this phone.

Does everything I want, much faster than my Samsung Galaxy S4 and with a much better camera. Not many unnecessary apps came pre-installed. Still fits in my pocket. The price is right.

With no "carrier bloatware", this phone is plenty fast and has great battery life. It beats our other higher end, and much more expensive, phones from the carrier.

A great mid range phone! A nice camera, 32 gb of internal memory. It has a nice screen and a decent speaker. The Snapdragon 650 processor does a good job running the phone. The moto g5 plus also has a really good battery inside. I definitely recommend this as a great mid range cell phone.

Had a Nexus 6p that crapped out after 14 months. Replaced it with Moto G5 plus. Great phone in all respects. Only shortcoming is lack of NFC. Battery lasts all day and I am a power user.

I purchased this cellphone to replace my wife's Samsung Galaxy G4 which failed the first time in ten months, then the replacement failed after two and a half months. I personally have a Moto X second gen and love it, so it was an easy choice to replace my wife's with a Motorola product.

I purchased the Moto g5 plus to replace an iPhone SE. I wanted a phone that was running Android 7.0+ with good hardware. The Moto has a fantastic IPS LCD screen that's very bright with great colors. The battery lasts a very long time under demanding use and the Bluetooth range and volume is fantastic. I can use the phone all day streaming audio via BT , surfing the web, etc. And still have 50% battery remaining after an 8-9hr day. The processor is plenty quick for my needs and the 2GB of ram seems to handle anything I throw at it. It's a great phone but be sure to get a good case as the camera bulge is quite pronounced on the back of the phone.

Bought the Moto G5 Plus to replace my Galaxy S4. Absolutely love it. The only thing I miss is NFC, but the price, unlocked phone, and performance more than make up for it.

Excellent phone! Researched many phones that would be perfect for my in-law. Trying to find a good phone for right price. Replacing 8gb phone with 32gb one was a driving factor.

After owning an LG phone with only 8GB of memory, moving up to the Moto G Plus has been any eye opener. The extra memory allows me to do so much more and not have to remove old Apps in order to use new Apps. The power button on the LG was on the back in the center. The power button on the Moto is on the side. I have accidently hit the power button multiple times during a phone conversation and ending the call. This never happened using the LG. There are some features offered by the LG that I miss but overall, the additional memory and better camera make it a good move for me.

I am not dependent on my smart phone for most daily activities so I don't need the most high-powered phone on the market. I wanted to step up from my 4 inch screen to the 5+ inch on the G5+. The Best Buy salesman showed me several alternatives that were in the $200 range. The G5+ had the most features for the money in my opinion. I have found it to be much easier to use for texting, and reading messages than my smaller model. It also responds to commands much faster. I like the Android system since it doesn't bug me for my password every time I download an app. So mission accomplished as far as I am concerned.

When my iPhone battery died, I needed a phone pronto. Best Buy had the Moto G5+ available for 1/2 the price of an iPhone 6S. The downsides are that Verizon does not support this phone, and the change from iOS to Android. I'm learning Android quickly, and I really like the G5+.
