My previous Moto 4G died suddenly. After reading reviews of several true experts, I got Moto 5G. It was easy to switch, retrieve some (but not all) data and apps. It works great. The turbo power charger is smaller than the one for 4G. The camera seems to give a better-quality pictures. Be aware that the SIM card is smaller (nano card). However, a BestBuy associate offered his help and used a simple tool to cut the old card and placed in 5G in no time.

Very satisfied with the the extremely fast download speed and the overall qualities of the Moto brand. I love the fingerprint lock screen feature and the quality of pictures the camera takes.

I've had this phone for about a month, so far no complaints, I have the 2gb ram and 32gb, with an additional sd card, I have no regrets. Cannot afford a flagship phone. This does everything I need it to do.

not as good as the galaxy phones but it gets the job done. for that price you can't ask for more

I am still learning the tricks of this phone, but everyday it gets a little better. The battery has a crazy long life compared to my Samsung Galaxy. It's not very loud, so I have missed a few messages and notices if I am out of the room. What I really love is, I can listen to music for a hour and the phone does not get hot! My Samsung felt like it was going to explode after 10min. So far, I am happy with my purchase.

Great phone for the price. I like the flashlight option and camera option by moving the phone in a certain way. I am not into social media, or into high tech phones. I purchased this because my last phone was 8 years old, and I didn't want a contract with a certain carrier. Process to transfer data was easy and getting the phone activated. My son is into all the tech aspects of smartphones, and he liked this phone so much we purchased one for him.

The reviews at CNET said this was this best budget phone on the market and I agree. It is unlocked and will work with any provider because it has card slots for GSM and CDMA. It has any features of higher priced phones including fingerprint lock/unlock, fast focus 12 megapixel camera, and a slot for an SD card. With the newer android operating systems the SD card memory works with internal memory and can be used for apps and/or storage.

Time to move on from my old IPhone. Couldn't bring myself to pay way too much for an IPhone replacement. Went back to Android. Best Buy advisor helpful in making purchase. Great deal.

I really like this phone. its a huge upgrade from my 2nd gen moto x. I upgraded partially because i ran out of space for apps and photos, but with the sd card expansion that won't happen again. the screen size is perfect, not too big not too small. Battery life is better than other phones i've looked at. Definitely a phone i'd recommend to someone not wanting to spend $600+ on a phone and still get something solid and functional.

Great phone! For the price it's far way better than any major smartphones like iPhone or Samsung edge. When l was looking for a phone for my daughter I was more inclined to get an iPhone, as we have only iPhone in my household. Now I am very glad that l bought this one. Really happy with this. One thing to mention it is not eliminating the backspace when inserted a period in the end of a sentence while texting. But that is not a big deal at all.

I needed a new phone with more memory. The salesperson at Best Buy directed me to this one on the same day it was being introduced on the open market. I am only semi-competent technology-wise. This phone is very easy to learn. I'm sure I am still not using all the features, but the ones I am using I am happy with. Good sound, good camera, fast enough processing. I only gave it four stars because I have only owned it for a month.

I am not a power user use phone mostly for talk, text, email and surfing. The phone is responsive without noticable lagging. Battery life with my useage is outstanding at over a day of use before needing a charge. My only complaint is the screen is dim when outdoors. Size is just right for me, big enough but not so big I think it is a tablet. Would recommend a case as the phone is quite slick without one.

Always easy at best buy. Support your brick and mortal retailer..... or you won't have one to support. Can't replace the touch and feel a retailer offers PLUS best buy price matches

I bought this for my daughter who wanted iPhone 6. It has better specs than the six and so far she is thrilled with it! Very fast and beautiful screen. Battery is decent.

I had the Moto for a week and loved it. But, volume of speaker was too weak for me, so I returned. Great phone for the price, but recommend listening to the speaker first.
