The Moto G5 Plus offers a strong glass front and a battery that is rated to last a bit longer than most. Been happy with my purchase. My thanks to the Best Buy associate who helped me make a decision on a first smart phone that met my needs.

Motorola moto g 5 plus is really a great deal for the price. However make sure you purchase a phone case. Unfortunately i waited 2 weeks and now my phone has a few scratches and 2 button indentions from my pocket on the back of my phone.

The phone has a solid feel and functions better than my SIII. Sound quality from the speakers is the only weak point, but for the price I wouldn't knock down the rating. Overall a great phone.

The phone meets all my requirements. It's an amazing phone for it's price. New features like facial recognition is working pretty good. It's been 2 weeks now and I haven't found anything that is a serious negative about this phone

I purchased the Moto G5 Plus after reading several reviews of phones available in 2017 . While perhaps lacking in features compared to releases by Apple or Samsung, I honestly will never notice the difference. I will notice saving $600.

To say that this phone is outstanding would be an understatement but I do have criticisms and commentary. If you just want a quick summary, that first sentence and my title are it. Speed/overall performance: it's 95% as good as the newest flagships but the 2 GB RAM (4 GB model is available) is probably the only bottleneck. At the normal price of the 4/64 GB model, I wouldn't spend the extra money but you remove this bottleneck and incur the good-but-not-breathtaking CPU and eMMC speed bottlenecks. Screen/body/aesthetic: excellent, I have no criticisms. My one and only beef with this phone is the fact that it uses the old standard Micro USB port instead of USB type C. It's 2017, Lenovo/Motorola needs to get with the times. AND FOR CRYING OUT LOUD IT HAS A HEADPHONE JACK, because there's no good reason to remove it, ya dummies.

After her first experience with Motorola, my daughter decided to get the 2nd one. Good Quality, good price, good, system, good pictures. Seriously thinking to change my actual cellphone for a Motorola that cost 3 times cheaper than my actual one.

This is a great phone, way better than my iPhone 5 and for the price you can't beat it. It has an excellent camera, the fingerprint sensor is fast and accurate. It only took me a few days to adapt to android after being an iOS user for 6 years.
