Great phone, my dad loves it, it does everything he needs

Let me start by saying I am not a phone "power user". I use it for calls, texts, surfing and light app use. I purchased this phone after reading the few review that were out there. Overall I am satisfied with the phone for my purposes so far. The biggest disappointment (and one of the main reasons I bought the phone) is the camera. It was touted as a great camera for a budget phone. And while it takes great regular pictures, any pictures taken with the zoom are grainy, pixelated and washed out. If you want a budget phone mainly to use as a phone this one will do. If you are dependent on your phone as your primary camera for all of your pictures maybe you should pass and spend the extra money for a phone with a proven good camera.

Very happy with the phone. A great phone for the money.

My wife was looking for a new phone to replace a LG G4, that had the dreaded boot loop issue. She likes it and the price was right ($249). It is way better than the LG G4 that she had and it works on t-mobile's network.

I purchased this phone for general phone, text, data. So far it has met my expectations. It is easy to navigate and pretty quick. It isn't as deluxe as my old Samsung, but can't beat it for the price.

Great phone! the camera is excellent as well as the performance. I bought the same phone for my son on Christmas, and he is picky with what electronics he buys,he loved it and I love it, I would recommend it!

Your associate was unable to transfer my txts msgs, why?

This device feels like a premium handset and runs perfectly. Just don't try to play heavy games such as Asphalt 8 on it. Works flawlessly with everyday apps and has a great battery that lasts me all day on heavy usage.

This MOTO phone is the best phone ever for the money. It is easy to use, inexpensive, and once again the Best Buy team hooked me up with the best cell phone for my needs, wants, and budget.

Very good phone for the price point. not loaded down with apps you can't get rid of, gets periodic security and android version updates. When this phone goes down, I'll be buying another one

simple to use, and fast! takes beautiful pictures and my daughter loves it so much, that we bought her one exactly like it! Very simple transfer of information with tracfone transfer kit, took 5 minutes on the phone.

This phone is quick and responsive. Camera takes great pics quickly and can be turned on with a flick of the wrist. Flashlight with a shake. Not crazy about the Google search bar which doesn't blend in with wallpaper.

After reading many, many reviews decided that this was the phone I wanted. Shopped around online and Best Buy had the best price. The associate I worked with was spot on and had my transaction done in seconds

My son ruined his iPhone from water damage. I was looking for a cheaper alternative as a replacement phone. I am really surprised at how nice this phone is and the price point it is at. Best of all my son likes it.
