Posted .Hi Vick, thanks for giving your feedback. Regarding your concern with slow response time. Lags and freezing are sometimes caused by running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you are no longer using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (at least every 48 hours) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. -Anne
