great phone, fingerprint sensor is really useful !

This was the third phone we tried tried 2 s models and had the same problem. Switched to this model thinking it might work better. Finally got Motorola involved they reprogrammed the phone and now have no problem with it losing service.

Phone works well. I recommend a case for it as soon as possible, this phone is slick and hard to hold. Still learning all the ins and outs. Wish it had a rear speaker and a message alert LED. Overall, good value for the price.

I was told that this phone would do everything that I need. Drops calls, goes into the wrong app which is frustrating. If you have several apps open it goes into the opposite of what you want. Difficult to change settings.

I purchased this phone when I broke my Samsung, because I only had 3 months left of my contract. I don't have any complaints about this phone. It served it's purpose for those three months.

It is a temporary find for me at the right price until the Samsung note 8 comes out. To me it does what it says but in a limited way. It is limited to what you want to do and which apps it allows you to use

At the begining i like because it was afordable. But with in a year the screen started acting up, and the sound too.

This was a great phone in theory. Lots of memory with the option to add more, fingerprint reader, large screen. However, despite being assured it would work fine with AT&T, I had tons of issues. Every hour it would lose service, saying that no SIM was inserted. To alleviate this, I had to restart it which was super annoying. Eventually it got a little better, losing service randomly, but I was sick of it and got another phone that worked just fine with my SIM. Now the moto is just a glorified iPod.

It's decent just sucks as a consumer how we're manipulated on what we can buy for providers that meaning limited choice and and drastically different prices for simple upgrades

Doesn't allow me to preview my photos through the camera function. I always have to reconnect to the internet at work although it doesn't require you to accept any service terms like other places that offer free Wi-Fi. I do like that I can take a selfie with my flash. It freezes up on me sometimes; I've had to turn it off and back on more times than I care to count. When I'm typing it's reaction time is delayed sometimes. It doesn't give me the option to restart my phone, only to power off.

Nice Phone, but does NOT work on Sprint. Tried everything. Spent HOURS on phone with Sprint, Motorola people. Spent HOURS in BBY, Sprint stores. Reset carrier data, PRL, phone (factory reset), software, hardware...numerous times. Updated all...numerous times. Tried returning phone and doing all of above--AGAIN!! Tried numerous sim cards at BBY and Sprint. NO JOY! Both Sprint and Moto finally said it was NOT compatible on their network, despite BBY, Sprint, and Moto advertising to the contrary.

Only buy this is its free and given to you on some budget line. It’s not very Impressive of a phone and will die on you

Good little phone but a view issues with sd card recognition and the camera tells me my storage is full when I have 38gbs left. Get your stuff together Moto.

Phone seems to work okay but it's not very intuitive compared to the Samsung products I'm used to. For the cost it seems to be a fairly good value so far.

It would make someone a great phone, just not me. I upgraded to this because wasn't a replacement for another phone I brought back, should have waited.

The phone has camera that takes average pictures and the overall performance covers all of the basic needs. It is a nice starter smart phone.

Its a good phone with memory but you can't put things on the SD card it is not made to do that. So I took this phone back and bought the Galaxy S8.

They have no available SIM card to activate a line I had to purchase this phone that is a cheap inferior version just ti activate a sim card
