Average usage consumed 80% battery in 12 hours. Has turbo charging (60% in 30 min) Bright and vibrant display, Low light camera performance is not bad, and camera is overall great. Front facing speakers have good output, and fingerprint touch to unlock phone to use. Additional useful Nougat features include split screen viewing, Drag/Drop content in multi-window mode, track source of app downloads, data plan saver, notification inefficiencies, improved setting navigation, and more. With latest Android OS Nougat and expandable memory upto 128 GB this latest release in the Moto G series (Feb 2017) is a compelling budget Android phone!

However, 24 hours after purchase, was not able to call or receive calls for hours. Screen went black and not able to shut phone off for some time to get it to turn back on. And yes my account was current and paid in full.

I have found that incoming calls do not always produce an audible ring. I checked Moto forums and found that others have had the same problem. None of the recommended fixes have worked. Will be returning.

The clear all for closing windows does not come up until the last window or they are already closed out. Pictures are average. It will not remember anything u have previously typed for an address or passwords etc.

The phone constantly, for no particular reason, freezes then powers off and back on. This is a known issue that Motorola doesn't seem to want to resolve. I wish I had been able to return it before the 15 day period lapsed. Of course then I would have had to argue about the ridiculous $35 restocking fee for a defective product. The sales rep should have been aware of, and told me about, the issues with this phone. I will not buy another phone at Best Buy. I'll be buying a new laptop soon, but it won't be at Best Buy, that's for sure.

The sound on phone calls is garbled and unintelligible right out of the box. So, it's useless as a telephone. After much debugging with motorola we were able to fix it but it happened again about a month later. Now 2 months later the fix isn't working. Going to return the phone and never buy a motorola phone again.

Posted .Hi Vond0017, sorry you got confused. There are 2 kinds of storage/ram for the US variant. The 64gb rom/4gb ram and 32gb/2gb. If you get the 64gb you automatically get the 4gb ram. You may also check our website for spec info https://www.motorola.com/us/home. Thanks -Erwin
