    Screen Popped while holding in hand

    I have had 2 Moto X Pure and a Moto X and never had any issues as all were fantastic phones. I bought this one and while holding in hand, top left hand corner of the screen "Popped" exactly at the corner of the LCD screen. * No, it was not dropped, or hit in any way, just held in hand while sitting on the couch and I heard a "POP", I am a huge Moto fan and have never ever seen this before. All I can think of is it heated at the corner or something, no clue.

    Drops WiFi

    I have loved several generations of Moto G phones but can no longer recommend them. My current G5 plus constantly drops WiFi even in my own home. The Moto G forum claims this has been fixed, but no solution exists. Be aware that you will have to reconnect to WiFi multiple times each day. There's no warning so you will needlessly waste a lot of your data. I know it's rather unbelievable that a phone would have no WiFi fix for months, but that's why I can't recommend this phone.

    Very low call volume...

    The call volume is very low at maximum setting, and only slightly better on speakerphone. My last phone was a Samsung, and I had to constantly turn the volume down so that others around me couldn't hear my conversation. Motorola customer service is very poor as well. They did offer to send me a refurbished phone as a replacement to my brand new phone.... No thanks! This was my first and last Moto.

    MAJOR PROBLEM - BATTERY REPLACEMENT

    Called Motorola about having the battery replaced. They don't provide any replacement; you have to get another phone. Third part battery centers usually don't have batteries for the G5S plus either. THIS IS A SERIOUS DRAWBACK TO USING THIS PHONE.

    MotoG will never improve its camera quality and that is the exact reason why they charge so less. Returning the phone soom
