There are many new features to learn and take advantage of. I'm disappointed that there are very little instructions or guides on how to learn the new features and how to operate. In this regard we are learning by doing.

I had to pay $40.00 to the Geek Squad for a 30 minute class on how to use the basics/features on the phone. I feel that the class should have been offered for free since I bought the phone there at the Best Buy store.

Awesome Phone

This is the 1st phone that he can hear everybody cyrstal clear.Big plus for him. he is still navigating the phone, but I haven't heard him complain about anything yet. there's another plus for him because he is challenged and disabled. lrg buttons lrg screen and sound quality is great.
