The fingerprint has a little bit of issue. Sometimes it will not unlock using thumb print. I've seen that in other review. So that is expected. Other than that, it worked perfectly.

Navigation of the device capabilities is challenging as I had my previous phone for about 5 years so I'm still learning the Moto G Power 2021. But I definitely recommend this phone for Android users. Thank you Best Buy for having this Motorola product in stock!

Replacement Phone

Transfer of files was easy and so far she likes it. It is a little bigger than her old one.

Good but not great

The screen is sensitive. When it's locked, it constantly lights up if it detects movement, even if you're not that close. When I first set it up, it asked me for a weird type of wifi. I don't remember how I got past it, but I was able to thankfully. You can't turn vibration off completely. Super annoying. Also, no matter what photo I use, my background wallpaper is always blurry. It's not the worst phone ever, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Crystal clear case will allow me to display graphics without attaching anything to the phone. Would be nice to have more than two colors is the only downside.
