New Motorola phone

I Like the new one more as I figure out how it works! The assistance of the wonderful sales person set the phone up with all my information. Truly a good experience all the way around!! Great option for teenager

You buy the phone pay 15 bucks a month and he has unlimited talk and text.

The only thing it seems to lack is a WiFi calling feature that was available on my other phone. The transition from my other phone to this was fairly seamless. I appreciate the service I received from Best Buy. They seem to be the best.

Great Camera

I personally do not like the setup, I'm a Samsung person. I ended up giving this one to my mom. Verizon does not support this phone any longer so you cannot get insurnace on it. But for $200, who needs insurance. You also have to call and have them activate it. You cannot just put the sim card in it and it work. Messaging has to be "coded" to the phone on the Verizon end. No photo gallery, must use Google Photos. I didn't like that.

They aren’t called”Best” Buy for no reason

Really like this phone

Great Performance for the price

Great device

A couple cons I could say it is little bit thick and screen brightness is not strong enough to illuminate the display under sun light. Other than these I love it. My wife also liked it and placed an order immediately.
