The 32gig is a joke half the OS takes up the memory. You also can NOT transfer apps to the SD card ...Is ridiculous...The only plus is it's for our 7 year old so the joy of having to constantly delete and add apps weekly is so much fun!

I am happy with my purchase, and the staff at BestBuy rock!! They were more helpful transferring my data over than my carrier was. Overall for an inexpensive phone the price point is unbeatable.

Poor choice for a phone

Slow response and difficult to pair with other devices. I get that it doesn't have the fastest processor, but the lag time makes it difficult to use. The only redeeming quality is the battery life. But the phone still sucks.

I purchased 3 phone's within a week. On second purchase requested two of the same phone's which after a couple days it was brought to my attention that where not the same. Explained to clerk that there was important information needed. Not able to retrieve, should have asked what I needed instead of making his choice. When purchasing a phone they should stock cases that protect the item.
