    Not that good it's glitchy and slow. It's really even worth the $45 00 restocking fee, to return it

    Like everything but the buttons. They are very confusing and it is too easy to hit them sometimes and it goes into another mode. Everything else is fine.

    Missing basic Android functions-poorly designed OS

    I've had it almost two weeks and regret my purchase. There is NO ASSISTANT from the lock screen, which makes it basically usless. There is a setting to turn it on, but it doesn't work. That tells you something right there about the phone. I confirmed this after two days with tech support. They shrug and, no, it's not going to get fixed. Apps slow to loadwhen switching between them. The screen is very hard to see in sunlight. Camera focusing is very slow, images are just okay. $45 to return it, almost 1/4 the price of the phone. Screen and edge are very sensitive. I put it in a Poetic case and that helps. Mine seems to be working okay with Verizon prepaid. Had I known Motorola was owned by Lenovo I wouldn't have bought it either. They have the absolute worst customer support! Their support forum is very hard to navigate. Lenovo does not stand behind their products. I guess it will end up being an expensive back-up phone or Alfred camera. Battery life is exaggerated, but okay.

    This is my first smart phone and it's been satisfactory. Sure wish a printed manual came with it.

    Got this for my daughter suppose to be gorilla glass 3 daughter still broke the screen get warranty

    Sales associate used SIMM card from my old phone. It was a 4G SIMM card and did not work correctly. Had to have it replaced by carrier (Verizon).

    Returned. Simply not enough storage in 2021. 64 GB i feel is the base amount of storage these days.

    the screen broke the first day I had it, and apparently it will cost almost as much to fix as I paid for the phone in the first place.

    Mobile gets stuck in most possible instances like while connecting a call or disconnecting, to capture a pic(shutter speed is quite slow), swiping to find opened apps is quite lazy, when searching for apps or settings info phone is not responsive.

    Slow and glitchy!! The battery last a long time because there is no processor speed. For $200 it's not worth it. Everything takes 30seconds to load at a minimum if it loads.

    I got sick and had surgery and did not activate my phone for 2 weeks, after activation it would not recieve texts. I took it to Verizon they worked on everything under the sun and saidI needed to return to the store,then I read I only had 14 days or I could not return or exchange. With all that I had to buy another new phone and I purchased it thru verizon.

    The service on this phone is bad you don’t know if you can call out or receive call’s from one call to the next. I use Best Buy for all my tec and the day I bought the phone was the worst service I’ve ever had at Best Buy. If I’ve went there for the first time that day I would never go back to them ever.
