The features are relatively easy to navigate although I have only had the phone for 2 weeks and must admit am still in learning curve status as my other 3g phone was 5+ years old. Great battery life, super fast and sound is unreal. So far would recommend highly.

It also comes preloaded with so much unnecessary apps. I've had a previous Unlocked Moto nearly half the price which performed better. The Camera & video quality is the only thing good, but doesn't redeem it. I'd love to know who's brilliant idea it was at Motorola to offer this phone in on 32 & 64 ?
