Great replacement phone without having to fork over wallet. Been greater than 3 days between charges. My old one would only last 4 hours.

great phone but a little laggy after you fill up storage. I've been using it 2 years now and no problems really but would like a phone wit ha faster processor and better camera

Good phone, gets the job done, decent camera, decent screen and good battery charge. Can't beat the price for Motorolla lineup.

Worked just fine until recently, when the battery swole up like a balloon. Not a good result. Time to buy a new phone... Ended up having these just over 2 years. Not a very long-lived device. Other Motorola phones we have had have lasted much longer than these with no issues.

Needed a newer phone so I picked this inexpensive unlocked one for the long battery life & fast charging and it does both well. Volume is quite loud and clear and it even seems like the signal is better in places than my retired Moto G5 phone (an obsolete/dead 3G). It is also a little clearer, faster and bigger than my previous phone. AT&T and the Best Buy salesperson had difficulty getting it to work on there system but after 1.5 hours they got it fully connected. Google allowed me to very easily switch over all of my old texts/apps/contacts/etc. to the new phone effortlessly. Thank you Best Buy sales person and enjoy your $$ tip.

I bought two of these phone to my brothers who lived out of USA. They liked the phone. The connection is very good. I will recommend to anyone who looks for a phone with reliable connection.

This was an open box purchase. Product was in great shape and works as described. It was missing the original charger, but was packaged with a brand new samsung fast charge plug and cord. Overall good buy.

The phone being replaced was a Galaxy S7 which had a lot of extra whistles and bells that were never used. We decided to try a more basic phone and chose this Moto G Power. So far, we are not disappointed. Some of the features took a little getting used to since we were so used to Samsung phones in the past, but so far, it's very intuitive to use and works great. If you're looking to buy a good phone for calling, texting, email, surfing the internet, taking pics, using common apps, etc., this phone does the trick at a GREAT price.

Great phone. Easy to use. Feels like a mid premium phone. Does what 90% of average people needs. Battery is a beast. Camera is good and speed is good. If you're on a budget, it's hard to beat

The ease of use was ok for the value. Got it for our daughter and it worked ok but had a few bugs that made it less desirable.

It is nice features . The camera is very clear. It is easy to use it. The price is affordable and useful. The size is fine and it is durable the motorola brand.

I am very happy with this phone. The price was great. I could have gotten it for less if I had known there was a discount if Best Buy activated the phone. Suits my needs. Plenty of storage space.

So I have had little trouble learning this phone. I have had some trouble with the camera not taking pictures. This may still be an operator error. The reception in my house was nill until I turned on WiFi calling. I hope this won't be a problem as I travel away from the house. Overall I am pleased with the size and features of the phone. For the price I would recommend it to anyone not really technically enclined. The battery life is great, 3 plus days.

Excellent value for an unlocked phone with great features! It may not have all the bells and whistles of the top of the lines phones, but for the price, it can't be beat.

I've used Moto G Power phones over the years and given them as gifts. Best buy has always been helpful in resolving any issues I've had with purchases of anything.

We switched from old Iphones to these Moto G Power phones. It's a bit of a learning curve, but we like them so far. A couple of things that I am not fond of: If I get a text, I only get a notification sound once, whereas on the Iphone, I set it up to get 3 notifications. Also, there is no music app on this phone. I had to download one. I'm still not sure the one I got is ideal. The battery is great!! It's easy to customize sounds and wallpapers with my own.
