Satisfactory phone

I actually bought 2 at the same time and 1 was having problems with texting. After 3 trips back and forth, and 1 trip to my carrier's store, I was able to have the phone exchanged for another one. Since then I've not had any problems with texting. It was internal issue with that phone. I do wish it had separate volume setting from "ring volume" for text notifications. Having it on the same setting makes it difficult to have at a volume I like. Also, there is NO TEXT TONE able to be set for contacts, only a ring tone. Don't like that because can't tell by a tone who is texting me. I also wish there was a pamphlet explaining the cameras and how to use them.

The screen & photos are clear. So far everything works. I appreciate not only the long battery life but the rapid charger which I consider extremely important. I am glad I didn't wait for the 2022 which apparently does NOT have rapid charge.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a great phone for the price and has some upgraded features over my Moto G 7 Power which was still working fine but with 3G being phased out I couldn't use it with my carrier. But with the G Power 2021 being HD Voice capable it is a very nice upgrade because calls and being on speakerphone are unbelievably clear and free of interference of all kinds. The battery last me a couple of days with my typical usage!
