My wife has the Moto G Power 2020 and it seems nice and this one seems about the same quality, I don't play games just use for calls, emails, and basic internet browsing. And it seems to do all those fine with great battery life. My only complaint is I do think the camera is a bit lacking, my wife's model seems to get better pictures but it's not that important to me.

I love the bigger screen and the battery life is a lot longer then the g6 I had. My g6 would drop calls all of the time, but this one seems to be doing good. I have Verizon so it wasn't the cell service. Initially they have it set up where you swipe left and right to change web pages. I absolutely did not like that so it allows you to go back to the 3 buttons at the bottom which I was used to. No complaints yet.

But the sales person that set up my cell phone was not what I had experienced in the past at Best Buy. His name was Jon at the Horseheads, NY store. He did not want to help me in any way and told me that Best Buy will not transfer over from my old phone to my new phone. I asked him when they stopped doing that and his response was months ago. I told him that I had just bought this phone with a cracked screen 2 weeks ago and the girl from Verizon that works there had no problem setting up my phone. If he was the first Best Buy employee that I dealt with i would never go back in your store.
