This is the first Motorola smart phone I've ever owned. It is great overall, has a huge screen and excellent battery life. The phone is fast, you can use split screen and it has enough memory.

However I don't like the way that contacts are set up. Would be so much better if they included a large letter on the side that would take you to the beginning of that alphabet instead of having to scroll down. I am still having some incoming call problems but I think that it's my carrier and not the phone itself because I've had the same problems on my old phone.

Better than my iphone

It's also much easier to position the cursor and make corrections to text than the iphone. One drawback: When not on speaker, you must have your ear EXACTLY in the right place to hear. A slight shift and you can't hear the caller's voice any more.
