Good phone

However I don't like the way that contacts are set up. Would be so much better if they included a large letter on the side that would take you to the beginning of that alphabet instead of having to scroll down. I am still having some incoming call problems but I think that it's my carrier and not the phone itself because I've had the same problems on my old phone.

For its price, the battery is phenomenal and the processor is snappy. The finish is very plastic-y, but well, what do you expect for this price?!

Needed a battery that was no longer available, so I "upgraded". Service is terrible. Even switched everything back to the original phone, and reception and web access came back. Doesnt access well. I think its just got no range. Ill deal with it until I figure out what i want to replace it.

Better than my iphone

It's also much easier to position the cursor and make corrections to text than the iphone. One drawback: When not on speaker, you must have your ear EXACTLY in the right place to hear. A slight shift and you can't hear the caller's voice any more.

You have to bump up the screen brightness to 85% for it to start looking bright, if that. Just a horrible screen. If you need to charge it, do it overnight. The slowest charging I have ever experienced. Dating back more than 10 years. The 4 gigs of ram coupled with the selected processor is horrific, even if it is a snapdragon. SLOW. I had an A42 that had 4 gigs of ram and it was dramatically faster and smoother. Sound from one speaker is okay, but nothing great. Bluetooth is weak. If you attempt to get close to being 30 feet away, it will break in and out. No way it should still have Android 10. I am utterly amazed that this manufacturer is still producing these phones. I hear and read a lot about - "why buy something 4 times more in value". I assure you that the person writing that has never experienced anything greater than these types of phones. There is a reason, at the end of the day, that the 2 big players in the cell phone game are at the top of their respective fields. Do yourself a favor, if you can get something better, save for it if necessary. This phone is hugely dated. The 2021 in the name is totally misleading.
