Staphan looked over my laptop, explained what was wrong & told me how long it would take to repair. He was very patient & answered all my questions. Cell phone repair - I was waited on by the cell phone tech who was extremely helpful in getting my old phone wiped clean. Then today the tech in Geek Squad helped me get my phone data reset without loosing my current contacts and data. Best Buy has been a great investment for me. I would recommend the Clarksville In store to friends and family!! Happy Customer!!

Great value on a nice phone

There have been a few changes made to the Moto G Power for 2021, so don't confuse this with earlier versions - especially when purchasing a cover. Most noticeably, the camera lenses have been moved and the fingerprint sensor has been relocated from the back and is now integrated into the power button. The 64GB version was only $10 more than the 32GB version and also includes an extra GB of RAM (4GB vs 3GB). There is no 5G on this model, but at this price point it's still a lot of phone.

One employee named Therune. I hope i spelled it correctly was very kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the two fire tablets I bought. He also helped me again a few months later with a new cell phone.There was another young man who was helping me. He was knowledgeable,and polite. I have never met an employee that wasn't couteous.
