Posted .Hi VickiV, we're sorry to hear that you got a concern about your device camera that takes blurry pictures. Have you tried to check if there's an update for the camera? Have you tried to clear the cache/data of the camera? If not, here's how:
Clearing the cache and data can free up the phone's memory, improve performance, and fix some problems with apps and web pages.
1. Touch & hold the app icon, then touch
2. Do one of the following:
To free up space by removing temporary files, touch Storage > Clear cache. Over time, the cache builds up again, so repeat if a problem occurs.
If problems still occur, then delete all data saved in the app by touching Storage > Clear storage. Be careful - there’s no way to undo this. Let us know if this is helpful.

Good phone for teen

Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't stock cases for these (couldn't find them at other retailers, either),so we had to buy a case elsewhere and wait for delivery. That's not the phone's fault, though. Bought as a present/ replacement for grandson. He is really tough on phones. He likes this one alot. So far, so good.

First new phone in several years, so it took some time to get up to speed with new features. Downside is that I live in the country and require network extender through Verizon. Phone is labeled as having 3g tech, which would fit with my 3g extender. However this is not the case. This phone is not 3g compatible, so I had to shell out $250 for a 4g extender. So, nothing wrong with the phone, only that Best Buy incorrectly states it's 3g compatible.

Verizon is terminating 2G-3G service which is one possible reason why it doesn't work with your 3G extender.
