Took some time to get a salesperson to help us, but once we had that worked our way through the purchase and set-up. The phone is a bit of a challenge to figure out the apps and set up. It's amazing how much more there is to cell phones and their apps and functions.

Good Phone - Lousy Documentation

I'm still figuring things out and have made mistakes in trying to set it up, move data, synch it to my computer - Aaaargh. If I had to do it again - I wouldn't.
