Apart from that it works very well but I’m putting it in my junk drawer and putting the SIM card back in my flip phone.

She is happy with it, except the top speaker doesn't work. We exchanged it for a new one, same problem...otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

Only my new one has a few new features which I am getting familiar with. The camera has enhancements that increase the quality of photos. Be aware that if you are replacing a phone that is a newer model of the former one the protective case from the older one is very slightly smaller. So you have to buy a new cover.

It's OK to get the job done

Ensure that all the apps are updated as well. You may try to do a soft reboot, by pressing the power button for 10-20 seconds.
