Good buy except for $3.00 charge to use my card.

What I found confusing was no protector cases for the phone, but there's dozens of the model 7 protector cases but no model 7 phones.I don't understand why I am charged $3.00 every time I use my debit card there, is this a new practice it just seem odd to me.

We needed an affordable replacement. This Motorola phone is great. Nice large screen and nice features. Comes with large capacity battery. (5000 mA) Expandable memory. Very pleased. Bought on Amazon a beautiful case. All in all looks good for a fair price.

His input complaint is the phone is larger and he'd prefer it to be smaller for to carrying in his pocket for work.

Great but Xfinity Mobile won't let you use it

Unfortunately even though it's unlocked Xfinity Mobile wouldn't let me get a sim card for it and was unable to use it.

All of the defaults are set to the worst settings. The phone camera is not good, but the phone is older so that is to be expected. I honestly bought this phone as a temp. which it has fulfilled successfully, so for the need of a phone, this is fine. If it is going to be a purchase for long turn, look for something different.

So far everything is smooth as butter. NOT used for gaming, so I can't comment on that. But everyday email, text, calls, etc, are great! Display is a bit fuzzy around the edges.

Not easy to use for Ederly

Motorola is missing out on a whole demographic. The elderly community needs an easy to use phone. This phone is not easy to use. There's too many swipes including just trying to answer the phone. The people I know over age 70, just need a phone that calls, has access to the internet, some games, and pictures. It's too much with all the other "stuff" on the phones for them to work with.
