Upgrade for them with a bit of a learning curve but from everything I've seen it performs well. I did the install and transfer without issue. Touch screen is responsive. Loads quickly. Great phone.

I haven't had the phone long enough to nit pick it but compared to all the phones I've owned in the past I would say this ranks close to the top for the amount it costs. No complaints yet.

I love it for aback phone. Motorola makes good phones. I that android was able to transfer my settings and apps. I couldn't find any cases for it at Best Buy. The phone has a lot of fun features.

His input complaint is the phone is larger and he'd prefer it to be smaller for to carrying in his pocket for work.

Ensure that all the apps are updated as well. You may try to do a soft reboot, by pressing the power button for 10-20 seconds. Great but Xfinity Mobile won't let you use it

Unfortunately even though it's unlocked Xfinity Mobile wouldn't let me get a sim card for it and was unable to use it.

Does the job

So far everything is smooth as butter. NOT used for gaming, so I can't comment on that. But everyday email, text, calls, etc, are great! Display is a bit fuzzy around the edges.

Not easy to use for Ederly

Motorola is missing out on a whole demographic. The elderly community needs an easy to use phone. This phone is not easy to use. There's too many swipes including just trying to answer the phone. The people I know over age 70, just need a phone that calls, has access to the internet, some games, and pictures. It's too much with all the other "stuff" on the phones for them to work with.
